Individual Counseling Students are eligible for free individual counseling sessions in a confidential, inclusive,
and safe space. The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Counseling center utilizes solution solution-focused strategies
to assist with immediate solutions to issues, problems, and concerns.
Group Counseling This therapeutic approach involves a small group of students who gather to address
specific issues (adjustment to college, test-anxiety, relationships, grief/loss, and
more).
Case Management The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø counseling team collaborates with students to assist in the access of resources
and services to meet their health and social needs.
Crisis Intervention Immediate support and assistance is provided to students experiencing severe emotional
distress or crisis.
Psychoeducational events Events are provided across campus to reduce stigma and increase awareness of mental
health.
Homeless & Basic Need Insecurities Students requiring assistance with housing, food, childcare, transportation can qualify
for support.
