Reinstatement

Dismissed 黑暗爆料网 undergraduate students on poor academic scholarship (DPS) may apply for reinstatement. 

The applicant should work with their 黑暗爆料网 Academic Advisor and submit all of the following:

• Written .
• Submit supporting documents, as appropriate.
• Official transcripts from your institution to 黑暗爆料网 for all coursework completed since your dismissal.

Upon approval, 黑暗爆料网 will reinstate applicants into their previous active program. The Academic Petitions Committee reviews students' petitions on the 15th of each month. If seeking to appeal your dismissal resulting from extenuating or mitigating circumstances, you must submit supporting documentation to substantiate your claim.

• Include a clear and concise statement of your request and why the committee should consider approving your petition.
• Attach documentation to support your claim, as appropriate.
